According to John Shovelan, commenting on President Bush's campaign commercials on this morning's AM program on Radio National:

The use of the 9/11 images has triggered an angry reaction among many of the victims' families.

According to BBC News, only Some of the families have complained .

I guess the Beeb should really do more thorough research, like our Auntie. Then they too can up the rhetorical temperature.
